These terms cover your use of the Emerald Media website, its portfolio, and its inquiry forms. Emerald Media is a creative studio based in the Rio Grande Valley, Texas. For questions about these terms, contact Jorge Peña at the details below.

2. Projects and services

The website describes our work and the services we offer. A website inquiry, conversation, or portfolio example does not by itself create a service agreement, reserve production time, or establish a price.

Project scope, fees, payment schedules, approvals, revisions, delivery dates, cancellation arrangements, and usage rights are governed by the separate proposal, invoice, or agreement accepted for that project. If those documents address a project issue differently, the project-specific agreement controls that issue.

3. Portfolio and intellectual property

Photography, video, design, writing, logos, and other materials on this website may belong to Emerald Media, our clients, or other rights holders. They are presented to showcase the work and the brands involved.

Viewing the website does not grant permission to download, republish, sell, alter, or use that work in your own advertising. Ask us about permission or licensing before reusing material. Brand names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.

4. Using the website

Please use the website lawfully and respectfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt to access another person’s account or private information, bypass security controls, submit malicious files or links, impersonate someone, or use our forms for spam.

Client portal access is intended for authorized users. Keep any access credentials or private client links secure and tell us if you believe they have been exposed.

5. Inquiries and careers submissions

Provide accurate contact details and share only information or portfolio links that you have permission to share. Please do not include confidential client work, financial account information, identification documents, or other sensitive personal information in a general inquiry.

We may use your submission to review and respond to your request. Our Privacy notice explains how information is handled. A careers introduction does not guarantee an interview, an employment offer, a contract, or future work. Role-specific terms will be communicated separately.

6. External services and links

The website links to client websites, social platforms, and other third-party services. Those services control their own content, availability, privacy practices, and terms. Payment services, where offered, may also apply their own terms to a transaction.

Portfolio campaigns can include dated offers or events. They are examples of past work; check the relevant brand’s current channels for current availability, pricing, and promotions.
